●About contact load
Please select the appropriate switch rating according to the contact load. If a current exceeding the load of the contact is applied to the contact, it will cause welding and movement of the contact, which may cause short circuit and burnout.
●About the type of load
Depending on the type of load, the constant current and inrush current may be quite different as shown in the figure below. Please select the appropriate rated switch according to the load type. The greater the surge current when the circuit is closed, the greater the consumption and movement of the contact, which will cause the welding and movement of the contact, and may cause a short circuit or burn.
●About the use environment
Please do not use the switch in an environment such as flammable gas or explosive gas. Due to the arc generated during the switch and the heat generated by the switch, it may cause fire or explosion.
●About the impact on individual switches
Do not drop or disassemble the switch. Otherwise, it will not only fail to meet its characteristics, but may also cause damage, electric shock, and burns.
●About durability (lifetime)
The durability (life) of the switch varies greatly depending on the switching conditions. When using it, please confirm the actual equipment in the actual use conditions and use it within the range of switching times allowed by the performance. If you continue to use it in a degraded state, it may eventually cause poor insulation, contact welding, poor contact, and breakage and burning of the switch itself.
